Welcome to Central Registration! 

New student registration for the 2019-2020 school year will be available starting late-June. 

To register/enroll a student for Grades K-12 for the 2019-2020 school year (current school year): 


Step 1: Complete ONLINE Registration Forms below.

Once the online forms have been submitted, you will receive an automated email with contact information to make your appointment. If you do not receive the email, please call Kathy Ryan, Central Registration, at 717-303-4346 or email register@smsd.us


Step 2: Schedule an appointment by calling or emailing South Middleton School District at the contact information provided in the automated email.  


Please schedule one 30 minute appointment for each student you are registering. 


It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to provide the following at the Registration Appointment: 

   *Original Birth Certificate or notarized copy of the Original Birth Certificate
   *Immunization records
   *Proof of Residency (2 required)
   *Parent Photo ID


After meeting with the Central Registration secretary and all required documents have been submitted, Central Registration will notify the appropriate school confirming registration is complete. Failure to submit ALL of the required documents could delay student start date. 



​** Children registering for Kindergarten must turn five (5) years old on or before September 1st.**
