Attendance

Students must log in on five separate days per week during a normal five day school week according to the district calendar. If the district has fewer school days in the calendar on a particular week, a cyber school student is required to log in the same number of days that particular week. For instance, if the district has a four day week, the student must log in four days during that week. The student may login only for one minute on any day, but there must be a login recorded for each of the required days. Attendance is calculated each week, Monday to Sunday, so a student can log in on any day of the week he/she chooses as long as it is equivalent to the same number of days that the South Middleton School District is in session.

School Calendar

Students enrolled in online learning are expected to follow the school district calendar. Students wishing to deviate from the district calendar must contact their cyber director to make arrangements.
