Homestead / Farmstead tax exclusion
Notification to District Residents: The Cumberland County Assessment Office is accepting applications for the Homestead/Farmstead tax exclusion beginning December 15, 2009, through March 1, 2010 for the 2010 tax year. Your property must be owner occupied to be considered a Homestead/Farmstead. If you are not presently approved for the Homestead/Farmstead exclusion, please see the Cumberland County website at www.ccpa.net for more information and an application.
