Request for Proposal for Food Service Management Company

The South Middleton School District is accepting sealed proposals for food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines.

The South Middleton School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposals that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

A mandatory walk-through meeting is scheduled for Monday March 19, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the District Administration Office, 4 Academy St, Suite 100, Boiling Springs, PA 17007. Pre-registration is required by Thursday March 15, 2018.

All proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday April 3, 2018. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to South Middleton School District and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Proposal.
